SECTION 2

Founding Member Launch Window

During the first six months of the Crown & Collar Journal™ launch period, approved founding members may receive limited contributor privileges while the Institute builds its first public education library.

Founding contributor access may include the opportunity to submit up to one educational article per week for review and possible publication.

Founding contributor privileges are intended to support early education, community development, breeder accountability, and the creation of high-quality public learning resources.

After the founding launch period, contributor privileges may be adjusted based on membership status, recognition level, award status, professional qualification, and continued alignment with Crown & Collar Institute™ standards.

SECTION 3

Breeder Members & Award Recipients

Crown & Collar breeder members may be invited to submit educational articles for review and possible publication.

Once Crown & Collar breeder awards are active and award recipients have been recognized, contributor allowances may differ by recognition status.

General breeder members may be eligible to submit up to one educational article per week.

Recognized breeder award recipients may be eligible to submit up to two educational articles per week, depending on award level, standing, and editorial approval.

Higher recognition may allow greater educational visibility, but all submissions remain subject to review for quality, tone, accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with Crown & Collar Institute™ standards.

SECTION 4

SECTION 5

Editorial Review

Crown & Collar Journal™ is curated.

Submission access does not guarantee publication.

Articles may be reviewed for clarity, professionalism, educational value, accuracy, tone, and alignment with Crown & Collar Institute™ standards before publication.

Crown & Collar Institute™ may decline, request edits, delay, or remove content that does not fit the purpose of the Journal.

SECTION 6

Why the Journal Exists

Crown & Collar Journal™ exists because breeder education should be visible, thoughtful, and standards-based.

Families deserve to learn from people who are committed to doing the deeper work.

Breeders deserve a professional place to share meaningful education when they are contributing responsibly.

Researchers, veterinarians, universities, and professional collaborators deserve a more organized place to contribute insight connected to better dog development and welfare.

Education should raise the standard, not lower the bar.

SECTION 7

Contributor Interest

For qualified breeders, award recipients, scientists, veterinarians, university and college collaborators, researchers, educators, or approved Educational & Professional Resources contributors interested in contributing to Crown & Collar Journal™.
