Support & Payments

Please include your name, phone, billing address, payment amount, payment note, and the animal, program, or purpose the payment was intended for so we know how to apply it.

Helpful note examples: “Crown & Collar support,” “recognition support,” “Brain First Tested Awards,” “youth ambassador,” “working team,” “medallion,” “award support,” or the dog/team name.

All animal deposits, reservation payments, hold fees, placement payments, and animal sales are final and nonrefundable.

Please do not send payment unless you understand and agree that animal deposits and animal sales are final.

Other payments are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

If you believe there has been a mistake, duplicate payment, incorrect amount, technical issue, or other concern, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can review the situation: DogsNU@proton.me.

Payments do not automatically guarantee award approval, recognition approval, tested award approval, service-dog status, therapy-dog approval, public-access rights, school credit, course completion, working-team recognition, evaluator approval, program acceptance, or tax-deductible donation status.

Unless a project is formally sponsored or fiscally administered by an appropriate qualifying organization or fiscal sponsor, payments are not automatically guaranteed to be tax-deductible donations.
